Willie T. Martin was born on July 14, 1934, to the late A. D. Martin and Lula B. Martin in Johnsville, Arkansas. He departed this life on April 10, 2016 at the Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, Arkansas. Mr. Martin was united in marriage to the late Robinzine Martin and with this union one child was born. He was preceded in death by his wife (Robinzine Martin), Beatrice Pickett, Jimmy D. Martin, Vance Martin, A.J. Martin, Annie Ruth Ross, Leroy Martin, and Martha Sue Hodges.
    Mr. Martin served in the United States Army from 1951-1953 with honorable discharge. He later worked in the forestry as a logger for forty years. W.T. Martin was always willing to help others in any kind of way he could.
    He leaves to cherish his memories: One daughter, Tinnie Rochell (Patrick) of Warren, AR; Two sons: John Alexander (Julie) of Green Bay, WI, and Willie Martin, Jr. of McGehee, AR; Four step-daughters: Betty Price, Gloria Thomas, Sandra Henton (Al) all of Indio, CA and Crystal Tatum of McGehee, AR. Two step-sons: Noah Neal of Warren, AR and Kelvin Neal of Los Angeles, CA; Special granddaughters: Rhonda Johnson, Tina Rochell, and Erica Rochell-Robinson; One sister: Joann Martin of Medfed, CA. A host of cousins, friends, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Special Friend: Curtis Blankenship and John Hammock.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Union Hill Baptist Church in Warren, AR. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 until service time at the church. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery in Johnsville, AR under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, Arkansas.
