Bryant started his career in 1997 where he worked at the Richardson Funeral Home of Winnsboro, La. After graduation of high school, Bryant moved to Mississippi where he attended the East Mississippi Community College. While in mortuary school Bryant worked at the Berry and Gardner Funeral Home of Meridian, Mississippi. Bryant is certified by The International Conference Of Funeral Service Examining Board and is a licensed mortician and funeral director in Arkansas, Louisiana and  Mississippi.

On April 17, 2013 Bryant opened the doors of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service. The facility is located at 2501 Hwy 82, W P.O.Box 753 Crossett, AR 71635. Bryant opened this funeral service facility to serve Crossett and the surrounding communities with affordable funeral services.
