Charles Ray Webb was born on October 12, 1958 to the late Ivory and Felma Webb in Crossett, Arkansas, where he was affectionately known as Bear. He departed this life on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 9:58 at his residence in Texarkana, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Two sisters: Shelia Reynolds and Verda Washington; Two brothers: Gene Webb and John Ivory Webb.
He received his education in the Crossett school system. Charles loved riding his horse and fishing.

He leaves to cherish his memories:
His wife of 30 yrs: Gloria Ford-Webb of Texarkana, AR; One daughter: Shanrekia Webb of San Antonio, TX; Two step-daughters: Sharon Evan and Gracie Reed of Texarkana, AR; One step-son Darryl Evans of Texarkana, AR; Two grandchildren: Sharbrel Webb and Almia Cooks; Five sisters: Gloria Jones(Johnny) of Chicago, IL, Mary Hawkins, Linda Faye Edward (Charles), Shirley Washington (Newt) all of Crossett, AR, and Annie Mae Webb of Little, Rock, AR; One Brother Arlester Webb of Crossett, AR Two uncles: James Webb and Lemon Webb of Crossett, AR; Ten grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.at the the chapel of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service. 

Visitation will be held Friday, February 10, 2017 at the chapel from 11 to 7.

Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
