Warfield Gibbs

Warfield Gibbs departed this life on August 29, 2022 at the Baptist Heart Hospital  in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on August 12, 1935 in Hamburg Arkansas to Perry Gibbs and Wathnetha Tucker Gibbs
He completed his school years in Hamburg, Arkansas. He later journeyed to Arizona where he worked in a mill for a number of years before returning to Arkansas by way of Louisiana. Once he returned to Arkansas he settled in Crossett. Warfield worked for many years as a woodsman until he retired.
Warfield Gibbs was proceeded in Death by his Parents, Perry Gibbs and Wathnetha Tucker Gibbs of Hamburg,
Arkansas His loving wife Bobbie Sue Gore Gibbs and four Brothers: Cardell Gibbs, Archie Gibbs Sr., Benard Gibbs, and Larry W. Gibbs.
He leaves to cherish his memory two Daughters: Deborah Gibbs Vickers and Felissa Anderson; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday September 10, 2022 at the Temple of Deliverance Church in South Crossett. 

Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery under the direction Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
