Sealie Mae Green

Mother Sealie Mae Green entered this world on May 12, 1933 to the late Willie D and Lucy Tucker.  Mother Green was blessed to be a part of a large loving family of 10(five girls and five boys). She was married to Mitchell Charles Green until his passing.
Sealie loved going to church, she was a member of Living Word Church of God in Christ where she was one of the mothers. She also enjoyed puzzles, the family gets together, and she loved to fish until her health began to fail her. On the early morning of July 25, 2021, Sealie left her earthly home for her eternal home.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Mitchell Charles Green, her parents: Willie D and Lucy Tucker; one grandson: Artenus Cason; four brothers:  Lester Tucker, Sr., Willie Tucker, Thurman Tucker,  and James Tucker; two sisters: Shirley Mae Thompson and Lovie Ann Tucker.

SHE LIVES TO CHERISH HER PRECIOUS MEMORIES: One daughter: Mary Thorton of Crossett,  AR; four grandchildren: Emilio Cason (Marita), Faustino Cason, and Mitchell Cason all of Crossett, AR; three great-grandchildren: Jamar, Sharetta, and Kingston;  three sisters: Lucinda Mitchell of Collingston, LA, Lucille Traylor of Marion, LA and Silver Scott of Crossett,  AR; one brother: Jene Tucker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Special love ones in her life are Ruby Phifer and John Cason.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the Living Word Church of God in Christ in South Crossett.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021, from 11 AM until 7 PM at the chapel of Mitchell Memorial.

Burial will follow in the Ryles Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
