Newt Washington, Jr., affectionately known as “Greek” was born on December 28, 1947, in Lacy, AR to the parents of Addie B and Newt Washington, Sr., He went home to be with the Lord on March 28, 2023, in Monticello, AR

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the Oakland Cemetery in Monticello, AR,

Visitation will be from on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the chapel of Mitchell Memorial.

Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
