Louise Tucker Obituary

Louise Miller Tucker “Squeaky” answered the call of the Lord on November 15, 2020 at Cornerstone Specialty Hospital.  She was born on October 5, 1955, in Longview AR to the late Mary L. Daniels Miller and Willie B. Miller Sr.  She accepted Christ at an early age and was a devout Christian. She was a member of the Living Word COGIC, were served on the Hospitality Committee under the late Bishop Joe B. Mason and Elder Jerry Jefferson.

Louise graduated from Crossett High School. She was a devoted wife and mother. She married the love of her life, Curtis L. Tucker, in 1973. They were married for 47 years and raised four beautiful children. She worked for Georgia Pacific Plywood for 14 years before retiring. Louise loved spending time with her family, traveling and cooking for the holidays. She was a strong woman and fought quietly through her health battles.

She was preceded in death by her mother (Mary Daniels Miller) father (Willie Sr.) and brother (Willie Jr.)

She leaves to cherish her memories include her loving husband Curtis L. Tucker Sr. Of Crossett, AR Nakia (Jami) Tucker of McKinney, TX.; Curtis Tucker Jr of Killeen, TX; Tirenda Tucker of Little Rock, AR, and Priscilla Tucker of Dallas, TX; Two brothers Thomas Miller of Warren, AR and Tyrone Miller of Dallas, TX and three Sisters Linda Duke of Crossett, AR; Betty Brown and Dorothy Miller of Dallas, TX
Four grandchildren, Ethan Tucker, Noah Tinnel, Ayden Scales, Corey Scales Jr. “CJ” and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, Nov 21, 2020, at the Longview Cemetery in Longview, AR.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM on Friday, Nov 20, 2020, at the chapel under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
