James L. Russell of Wilmot, AR departed this life on Sunday, December 05, 2021, in Little Rock, AR.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the Union Baptist Church in Parkdale.

Visitation will be held at the chapel of Mitchell on Friday, December 17, 2021, from 11 to 7

Burial will follow in the Green Grove Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
