Brother J. C. McDade entered the world on April 2, 1943, to the parentage of the late Rosie Lee Hayes and Cleotha McDade
Brother McDade accepted Christ as a personal Savior at an early age. He attended Wilmot Public Schools. He was the father of five children, Karen McDade, James McDade, Harold McDade, Schelese McDade, and Sydney Myers. On May 6, 1963, J.C. married his true love, Billie Jackson.
Brother J.C. was a hard worker. He was employed at Georgia Pacific Plywood for 27 years where he retired from. J.C. loved to fish with his best friend/brother-in-law, Willie Jackson(peach a buddy). He liked to play on his tablet and watch his favorite westerns.
On September 28, 2020, at the South Arkansas Medical Center, J.C. concluded his earthly mission and begin his eternal journey. He was preceded in death by his parents: Rosie Lee and Cleotha McDade, two brothers: Harold Gene and Cleotha, Jr., and one sister Mary Lee McDade.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 57 years: Billie McDade of Crossett, AR; two daughters: Karen McDade and Schelese McDade both of Crossett, AR; three sons: James McDade(Valerie), Harold McDade, and Sydney Myers all of Crossett, AR; fifteen grandchildren: Bathel, Chad, Aderico, CoAngelo, Destiny, Krizia, Rason, Treasure, Heavenly, Armon, Sydney, Nevaeh, Heaven, Credence, Samiah; nine great-grandchildren: Monique, Alexis, Bathel, Jr. Simone, Chad, Jr. Kaiseyn, Rhylne, Layla, Jaycelynn; and two great-great-grandchildren: Lola and Legend
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at the Pugh Cemetery in Crossett, AR.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2020, from 11 until 7 at the chapel under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett AR.
