Euphemia Williams Obituary

Euphemia Williams, affectionally known as “Baby” graced the world with her presence (Psalm 127:3) on August 19, 1944 in Mobile, Alabama to Theodore Toodle, Sr and Euphemia Toodle. She spent her life dedicating herself selflessly to her family. She traded her earthly home for her eternal home on March 23, 2024

.Euphemia accepted Christ into her life early; she was a member of Westside Church of Christ. She graduated from Mobile County Training School in 1962, and later married; creating her family. She eventually moved to Crossett, AR in the early seventies, and began planting roots. Once relocating she gained employment with Georgia Pacific until she became disabled and retired.

She was the family matriarch where she formed a strong foundation for her family. She became a guiding light; and was the epitome of Whitney Houston’s song, “I’m Every Woman” She built her life in Crossett raising her four kids (Marcus, Copresia, Carla and Fristanna). Euphemia taught her kids that all things are possible through Christ! Euphemia was the definition of “STRENGTH” (Emotionally, physically, and mentally) Her motto was if you can’t do it right; don’t fool with it. To have known “Baby” is to have known LOVE!

In her early life she enjoyed traveling; sewing; decorating; landscaping; watching golf; engaging in home improvement projects; and listening to music. Her pride and focus was her family, and her favorite place was her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents to Theodore Toodle Sr. and Euphemia Toodle; her brother Willie Toodle,Sr.; her sister Ethelstine James, and her son Marcus Laroy Williams
She leaves to cherish her memories: three daughters Copresia Austin(Eddie), Carla Sims, Fristanna Bryant (Charles). Two granddaughters Euphemia Lang (Bo), and Chauncey A. Olive. Five grandsons Trenton Duke, Eddie Austin, Jr., Terrell Williams (Latonya), Shederick Austin (Jalesia), Shaderick Williams, and
a brother Theodore Toodle, JR. A host of great grands, nieces and nephews. Euphemia is and will forever be greatly missed!!!
