Billy Joe Bryant

Billy Joe Bryant of Crossett, AR was born February 23, 1953 to the late Louis and Annie Mae Bryant in Mer Rouge, LA. Billie Joe was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: James Adams and Willie Earl Bryant and three sisters: Cora Bell Brown, Vera Brown, and Lizzie Mae Willis. 

Billy Joe enjoy spending time with his family, playing dominoes, and listening to music. He was often preferred to as “the dancing machine”. There was never a dull moment in Billy Joe's presence.  

His loving memories will forever be cherished by his loving wife of 20 years: Wanda Bryant of Crossett, AR; three sons: Michael Bryant and Billy Duvall of Wausau,  WI, and Antonio Bryant (Veronica) Monroe, LA, two stepsons: Timothy Batts (Relonda) of Monticello, AR, and Johnny Hampton (Shuron) of Camden, AR; one step daughter: Melody Hampton of Crossett, AR; one sister: Dorothy Caldwell of Crossett , AR; 19 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews family and friends.   

Funeral service was held on Friday December 31, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Mitchell Memorial.

Burial will follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery in Parkdale, AR under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
