Andrea Smith of Marion, LA departed this life on Saturday, September 19. 2020 at the Glenwood Medical Center in West Monroe, LA.

Andrea Smith was born on March 14, 1967 to the late Gloria Jean Ward and James Smith in Marion, LA. She departed this life Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center.

Andrea was a lifelong residence of Marion, LA. She accepted Christ at a young. She worked as a cook in her younger days. She earned her GED and later attended college online. Andrea was an outgoing and lovable person. She was open minded and didn’t impose her beliefs on others. She accepted that we all have a different perspective on life and did her own thing in peace, without judgement. One of Andrea’s favorite saying was “I’m live my life”. She was a free spirit.  Andrea loved to have a good time and be the life of the party. She had a big smile and an even bigger heart.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Gloria and Herschel Ward and James Smith, one brother James Smith, JR

She leaves to cherish her memories: Two daughters: LaToya Webb (Andre) and Chasity Hawkins (Paul) both of Crossett, AR ;One son: Brandon Smith (Tiffany) of Dallas, TX 
One sister: Alicia Ward of Pineville, LA; One niece: Zoey Ward of Crossett and Seven grandchildren: NeTagee, Ava and Dregan Webb, Xavier and Aiden Hawkins and Brandon Jr and Maya Smith; One Aunt: Florence Fields (Jimmy) of Monroe, LA , Two Uncles: Morris Page of Houston, TX and Leon Ward of Farmerville, LA , And a host of family and friends. 

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the Marion Baptist Church Cemetery in Marion, LA. under the direction of Mitchell Memorial of Crossett, AR
