Mr. Samuel Scates, Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center in Monticello, AR.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Bethlehem Church of Christ Holiness in Hamburg, AR.

Burial will follow in the Phillip Grove Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
