Elder Jessie “Tunk” Chapple was born September 29, 1961 to the late Allen and Margerite Chapple in Parkdale, AR. On Thursday, December 14, 2017.  

Elder Jessie heard the voice of Jesus saying, “Come to me all ye that labour and I will give you rest.” so he  answered his call and went home to be with his Heavenly Father.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Five sisters: Geraldine, Daisy and Ethel Chapple, Christine Courtney and Rosie Moore. One brother: Leroy Chapple. He gave his life to Christ in his middle age. He loved the Lord and loved to go to church. He loves his family and will be truly missed. He was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, AR. 

He leaves to cherish his memories: Three sisters: Fannie (Woody) Collins of Hamburg, AR, Annie (Travis) Hughes of Pine Bluff, AR and Mary Dine (Wardell) Reed of Hamburg, AR.   One brothers: George Chapple of Hamburg, AR. Bro. Jessie had a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and other loved ones and friends. 

Funeral service will be Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the  Full Gospel Church Outreach Ministry in Hamburg, AR.

Visitation will be held from 11 until 7 Friday, December 22, 2017 at the chapel.

Burial will follow in the Green Grove Cemetery in Parkdale, AR under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR
