Derrick Lewis of Wilmar, AR departed this life on Sunday, June 16, 2019.

Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM Saturday, June 22, 2019, at the Revival Center Church of God in Monticello, AR.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, June 21, 2019, at the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Wilmar, AR.

Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery in Wilmar, AR under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
