Virginia Lucille Pruitt-Penick was born on May 26, 1944 to the late Christine Berry and Samuel Pruitt in Monticello, AR. She entered into eternal peace on April 8, 2017 in Dermott, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Billy Pruitt.

Virginia was a housewife. She loved her family. She was a member of Pentecostal Church of God of McGehee, AR where her pastor was Robert Barnes.

She Leaves To Cherish Her Memories:

Two Sons: David (Lucinda) Penick of Monticello, AR and  Douglas (Angela) Penick. Two sisters: Opal Forest and Ann Irons of Monticello, AR. Twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. And a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday April 12, 2017 at 2:00 PM at First Assembly of God Church in McGehee, AR. Visitation Tuesday April 11, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at First Assembly of God Church in McGehee, AR. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Monticello, AR.under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service in Crossett, AR.
