Robert Howell was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on February 18, 1975. He was the son of the late Robert Carter and Hazel Mae Howell.

Mr. Howell was preceded in death by his father: Robert Carter; a son: Edwardian D’Robert Howell; two brothers: Benjamin “Sonny” Carter and Garland Carter; one sister: Burldine Carter Maddox; and two cousins: LaSalle James Benton and Cynthia Etta Benton Ellison.

His special friend: Vanessa Franklin; his mother: Hazel Mae Howell of Strong, Arkansas; three sisters: Gracey Mae Howell of Strong, Arkansas, Angel (Eugene) Ellison of Strong, Arkansas and Robertine (Robert) Douglas of San Diego, California; two brothers: Alex Carter of Strong, Arkansas and Riley (Charlene) Carter of Spearsville, Louisiana; three aunts: Lou Ella Benson of Strong, Arkansas, Rosemary Daniels of Crossett, Arkansas, and Kerry S Palmer of El Dorado, Arkansas. Fourteen nieces, eleven nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Strong, AR. Burial will follow in the  Ward Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
