Marquise Sanchez Gaston was born in Monticello, Arkansas to Pamela Patrice Gaston and Mark Bryan Modisett, Sr. on January 21, 1996. He completed his journey of this life Sunday, October 9, 2016 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Marquise moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin at an early age. He was a graduate of the Madison High School in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He returned back to Crossett, Arkansas four years ago to be near his family. Marquise hobbies included hanging with his friends, music, video games and making money.

He leaves to cherish her memories: His loving parents Pamela Gaston of Crossett, Arkansas and Mark Modisett, Sr. of Milwaukee Wisconsin; two brothers: Lee Nichlos and Mark Bryan Modisett, Jr. both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; five aunts: Clarice Smith of Wisconsin, Veronica Williams (Tony) of Crossett, Arkansas, Katrina Johnson (Bill) of Eldorado, Arkansas, Yolunda Johnson (Tracy) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Angela Washington of Crossett, Ar. Two uncles: Dexter Smith of Texas and Lacario”Jay” Johnson(Terri) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He also had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that loved him dearly. 

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2016 at the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Crossett, AR. Visitation will be held Thursday October 20, 2016 from 11:00 to 7:00 at the Mitchell Memorial chapel. Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
