Kaye Frances Owens-Howell was born in Eldorado, AR on May 13, 1952 to the late Sallie Allison Owens and Walter Owens. She departed this life on April 1, 2017 in Ruston, LA. Kaye confessed to Christ at a young age and remained humble and grateful to our Lord and Savior until she was called home. She was preceded in death by her father: Walter Owens, her mother: Sally Allison-Owens, her husband: James Edward Howell, two sisters and seven brothers.

Her loving and fond memories will be cherished by: Two daughters: Sally Owens (Larry) and Retrina Owens (Charles) both of El Dorado, AR; Two sons: Patrick Owens and Marcus Owens (Demetris) both of El dorado, AR; Two sisters:  Nancy Owens (James) Miller and Hazel Owens-Veasey both of El Dorado, AR; One brother-in-law: Arvell Howell (Minnie) of Rio vista, CA; One sister-in-law: Ollie Faye Thorton (Robert) of Crossett, AR; She leaves Twelve grandchildren, Six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other loved ones.  She leaves a special friend: Tony Roberson

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at Union Mission Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Union Mission Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Urbana, AR.under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service in Crossett, AR.
