Ms. Henrietta "Tommy" Smith, 67 of Dallas, Tx. formally of Columbia, La.  departed this life on Monday, June 1, 2015 at the Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Tx. 

Henrietta received her formal education at Union Central High School in Louisiana. She married Curtis Wesley and later moved to Dallas, TX.

She united with Greater Progressive Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend J.J. Raven, and served faithfully on the Usher Board. Later in life, she became a member of Burning Bush Missionary Baptist Church led by Pastor Brown.

 Henrietta was employed by Irving Manor Nursing Home for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Emma Mack; brother, John L. Mack; sister, Alizzie Smith; granddaughter, Shantal Montgomery; great-granddaughter, Malia Smith.

 She leaves to cherish her precious memories:

Siblings: Alynn Mack Brown of Columbia, LA; Mildred Townsend of St. Louis, MO; Odis Mack(Kim), Kansas City, Mo; Henry Davis(Katie) of St. Louis, MO; Sydney Mack(Claudia) of Columbia, LA; Ossie X McKinney(Charles) of Atlanta, GA; Katie Bryant of Columbia, LA and Yolunda Mack of Columbia, LA.

Children: Mildred Wesley, Curtis Wesley(Renee), Betty Green(Talbot), John Wesley(Janice), Carolyn Wesley and Cartina Robertson all of Dallas, TX. A host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 11:00 the Brownville Baptist Church in Columbia, La.  Visitation will be held  from 5:00 to 7:00 Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Burning Bush Baptist Church in Dallas, Tx. and on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Brownville Baptist Church in Columbia, La. from 9:00 until service time.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  All arrangements are under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, Ar.
