Connie Lynn “Cookie” Randle was born November 28, 1960 in Bastrop, Louisiana to the late L. C. Randle and the late Louise “Ell” Morehead Bluford.  Cookie was the seventh of eleven children born to Louise “Ell” Bluford.   She was raised by her paternal grandmother, the late Alsenia Williams. On Wednesday evening, June 1, 2016, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Cookie made her departure from her earthly home.  She became bound from time to eternity; taking off her mortality for her immortality. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ricky Randle, Marvin and Louis Gaston; three sisters, Ruthie Grant, Ella McMillian and Daisy Davis. Cookie gave her life to the Lord at a very young age and united with the New Lights Baptist Church on the Crossett/Bastrop Highway.  While living in Jacksonville she visited various churches.Cookie was a proud and loving mother to her three children.  She loved her brothers, sisters, extended family members, friends and people.  She especially loved her nephews and nieces as though they were her grandchildren and they loved Aunt Cookie. She was a homemaker and also worked various job as a caregiver and cook.  Cookie loved life and lived it to the fullness.  She was a proud, kind and adventurous person. If you were in her presence you would always remember her. Cherishing her loving memory forever will be: companion, Antonio Merayo, children, Marcus, Tito and Meyoca; sisters, Patricia (Johnny) Todd, Erma (fiancée-Roy Hampton) Cromwell and LaJetta (fiancée-Roderick Hayman) Stanley; brothers, Kenneth (Beverly) Logan, Curtis Logan, and Milton (Mary) Gaston, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

 Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 9, 2016 at the New Bethel Baptist Church of Crossett, AR at 1:00 pm. Public viewing will be Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 1 until 7 at the Mitchell Memorial chapel. Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
