Mr. Charles Rivers 71 of Ruston, LA., departed this life on Monday, December 21, 2015 at the Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston, LA.  Mr. Charles Rivers leaves a host of family and friends to cherish his memories.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, AR.
