Ceasar  Perry Phifer departed this life Sunday, June 7, 2015 at his residence. 

Brother Ceasar Perry Phifer, Jr. was born July 9, 1946, to
Ceasar P. Phifer, Sr. and Lola B. Phifer.

Brother Ceasar joined Batts Chapel Church at an early age
and remained a faithful member, serving on the Finance Committee until recently.

He was a graduate of Gardner High School Class of 1964 and he then attended AM&N College (UAPB). Ceasar later joined the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War.

Upon returning to the United States, Ceasar was employed with Georgia Pacific and Great Lakes Chemical Company. After retiring Ceasar offered Heavy Equipment Services.

God Showed favor to Ceasar, blessing him with three
daughters from previous marriages.
His parents, his sister, Hattie Jean Robinson, son-in-law, Derek Riley and grandson, Cameron all preceded him in death.

Ceasar leaves to cherish his memories:
His wife, Augustine Williams-Phifer of Huttig, AR; three daughters, Tomeka Phifer of Shreveport, LA.; Myesha Billings(Greg) of 
El Dorado, AR.; and LaKenya Riley-Williams(Terrance) of Huttig, AR; one stepdaughter, Allison Lamb of Little Rock, AR; one stepson, David Williams of Mayport, FL; four granddaughters, Kerrington Barnes, DaNelia Riley, Avery Riley, Eyevy Williams all of Huttig, AR; four grandsons, DaShon Barnes(Kim) of FT. Hood, TX; Dylan Phifer of Shreveport, LA; Greg Billings, Jr. and Gavin Billings both of El Dorado, AR;  three step-granddaughters, Maziya, D’Unka, and Mya all of Little Rock, AR; one step-grandson, Ezekiel of El Dorado, AR; He also leaves one nephew Charles Robinson (Von) of Cordova, TN and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00 at the Batts Chapel Church in Huttig AR.  Visitation will be held  from 11:00 to 7:00 Friday, June 19, 2015 at  Funeral Home and Saturday from 9:00 until service time at the Batts Chapel Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  All arrangements are under the direction of Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service of Crossett, Ar.
